And if the other team decides to split with more than 2 people?

Basically, it's designed as a 2/6 split. If the other group splits 4/4 or 5/3 or 7/1, the idea is that one of the groups should be overwhelmed.
Also, the blood necro is fairly self-sufficient and could run with the 1st two. It's kind of a goofy build made up of skills that are specific for certain things rather than overall utilitarian...
I consider spoil victor to be a solid skill both for aiding the 1st two in taking on the guild lord and for monks that like to have high health.
Succor is just for the prot monk, since that build has fairly low energy. Kinetic armor is subbable w/ wards... just kind of depends... but, I figure it's interesting just because I've found the prot monk to me the main target most times.
It's probably not a very realistic build just because it's too dependent on stuff going right (i.e. Spirit of Failure is only useful if Steam works. Steam only works if the Paragon or Dervish sets them on fire, Fire only works if the paragon hits, paragon can only use the skill if he has adrenaline...)
If I were playing to gain ladder position, I'd go w/ something more traditional and a lot more interrupts...but, I figure stuff like this is more fun to speculate on. I also have a "Planeteers" build...

You realise that 1 divert hexes > joo, right?
If 1 and 2 split, you have hardly any direct dmg at your stand team. Only a paragon. If they split 4/4 or 3/5 none of their teams will be overwhelmed. In fact, your gank team will be overwhelmed unless you send the Blessed Light monk with them in which case your stand team will be overwhelmed.
I don't know where you get the idea from that your Dervish is pretty self-sufficient. He only has one sort-of self heal, and it's on a 15 second recharge.
Why do you have so many snares if the only 2 melee characters you have are out splitting?
Your monks suck. You have too little condition and hex removal, too little preprots and healing light sucks. Where are you going to get the enchantments on everyone from?

Don't know what that is, but go with that one.
